Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 October 2026
RareProp (“we”, “us”) turns property details that brokers send on WhatsApp into listing pages. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- From brokers: your WhatsApp number and WhatsApp profile name, the messages, photos, videos and voice notes you send to our WhatsApp number, and profile details you add (name, agency, RERA number, photo).
- From visitors to listing pages: we count page views. We do not ask visitors for their name or number; if they tap WhatsApp or Call, they contact the broker directly.
How we use it
- To create, show and update your listing pages, PDF brochures and Status images.
- To reply to you on WhatsApp, including your listing links and plan information.
- To manage your plan and provide support.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
Listing pages are public to anyone with the link. We remove phone numbers and brokerage terms from the listing text and do not show the exact house number publicly. Please don't send information you don't want on a listing.
Service providers we use
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): to receive and send WhatsApp messages.
- Google (Gemini AI): to read your messages and voice notes and write the listing.
- Supabase: to store listings, photos and videos.
- Vercel: to host the website.
- Geoapify and OpenStreetMap: to place the property on a map and find nearby places.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your listings and account while you use RareProp. You can take a listing offline at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and all your listings, photos and messages, message our support and we will delete them.
Your choices
- Edit or take down any of your listings from your private dashboard (send my to the bot).
- Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
- Stop using the service at any time by no longer messaging our WhatsApp number.
