By sending a property to the RareProp WhatsApp number or using a RareProp page, you agree to these terms.

The service

RareProp creates listing pages from the details, photos, videos and voice notes you send on WhatsApp. Listings are written with the help of AI, so please check every listing and correct anything that is wrong using the Edit option.

Your responsibilities

• The information in your listings is accurate and you are allowed to market the property.
• You own, or have permission to use, the photos and videos you send.
• You follow applicable laws, including RERA rules where they apply to you.
• You don't use RareProp for fake, misleading, illegal or offensive content, or to send spam.

We may take down listings or block numbers that break these rules.

Plans and payment

• Every WhatsApp number gets 1 free listing. Paid plans allow a set number of new listings and run for 30 days from activation.
• Unused listings don't carry over to the next period.
• A free listing is live for 7 days. If no plan is bought, it is permanently deleted 30 days after it was created. Buying any plan before then makes it permanent.
• Listings created with a paid plan don't expire and keep working after the plan's period ends.
• Prices are shown on our website and may change; changes don't affect a plan you already paid for.

For buyers and tenants

Listings are provided by brokers, not by RareProp. Please verify all details, documents and the property itself with the broker before making any decision or payment. RareProp is not a party to any deal.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep RareProp running, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, RareProp is not liable for losses arising from listing content, deals between users, or service interruptions.
